What it is
Silent Gear's Nether metal, smelted from crimson iron ore.
How to get it
- Mine Crimson Iron Ore in the Nether's netherrack or blackstone, above Y 10, with an iron pickaxe.
- Smelt the Raw Crimson Iron it drops. Nine crimson iron nuggets also make one ingot.
- Chests in Nether fortresses, bastions and ruined portals can hold them too.
How to use it
- Four of them, two Blaze Rods and a Magma Cream make a Crimson Steel Ingot.
- As a tool head it mines like diamond.
- Four go into the Salvager. In ATM10 a crimson iron tool head is cast in a Productive Metalworks foundry.
