Before you pay

What happens to my base if I stop paying?

It stays where it is. We don't reset the world or give your claim to anyone else. Come back in six months and your chests will be how you left them.

Will it lag?

Each world is capped at 20 players so the server can keep up. That cap is the main reason this is paid instead of free.

Do I need to be good at modded Minecraft?

No. A lot of the ladders track things like hours played and distance walked, so you can rank on those just by playing.

Can I bring a friend?

Yes. They sign up the same way you did, or you start a group: €19.99 a month for you and four friends, one of you pays, and the others join with your link.

Can I try it before paying?

Yes. Your first week is free and needs no card: sign in with Discord, claim your Minecraft name and start it on the join page. It's one free week per Discord account and per Minecraft account. Only so many run at once, and if they're all taken, the join page says when the next one opens.

Who runs it?

One person, which is why it's capped at 20 players per world. If something's wrong, you'll know who to talk to.

How do I cancel?

Whenever you want. There's no contract and no cancellation fee. You keep access until the end of the month you paid for, and it doesn't renew.

What if the server shuts down one day?

You get the world file, so you can keep playing your copy of the map.

Is this an official Minecraft or Mojang service?

No. You need your own Minecraft account to play, like on any other server.

Joining

How do I join?

Sign in with Discord, claim your Minecraft name, subscribe, then install the pack and connect. There's no application and no waiting list. The join page has every step.

Why do I sign in with Discord?

So you don't need another password. The site asks Discord for two things: who you are, and whether you're in our Discord server. It doesn't keep the Discord token once you're signed in.

Do I need my own Minecraft account?

Yes, for Minecraft: Java Edition. The worlds run on NeoForge, which is Java only, so Bedrock players on consoles and phones can't connect.

Why can I only claim one Minecraft name?

Because the ladders rank people. One name per account means every place on a ladder belongs to a real player and nobody holds two.

The worlds

Which worlds can I play?

Three, and one subscription covers all of them: FTB StoneBlock 4, ATM10 To The Sky and ATM10. You can play any of them, switch between them, or keep a base in each. Worlds has a page for every one.

What are the server addresses?

FTB StoneBlock 4 is sb4.privatechunks.net, ATM10 To The Sky is atm10tts.privatechunks.net and ATM10 is atm10.privatechunks.net. Type the name and nothing else: the port is in the DNS record, so you don't add one. Your account page shows the same addresses once you've joined.

Which version of the pack do I install?

FTB StoneBlock 4 runs FTB StoneBlock 4 1.0.1, ATM10 To The Sky runs All the Mods 10: To the Sky 2.0.6 and ATM10 runs All the Mods 10 8.2, all on Minecraft 1.21.1. Install that exact file, even when CurseForge offers a newer one. A different version has a different mod list, and that world's server won't let you in with it. Each world's page links the right file.

Do I need any extra mods?

ATM10 needs Simple Voice Chat 2.6.24. FTB StoneBlock 4 and ATM10 To The Sky are the stock pack with nothing added.

How much memory should I give the game?

At least 8 GB, for any of our packs. You set it in the CurseForge app's settings. The install guide has every step.

How many people can play on a world?

20 on each world. That's the number in each world's server config, and we don't sell more places than that.

What happens to a world when a new pack comes in?

ATM10 To The Sky and FTB StoneBlock 4 opened on 15 October, and ATM10 wasn't reset to make room. Every base and claim in it is where it was. Members vote on the next pack, and it opens beside the others.

Playing

Can someone wreck my base?

Not if you claim the land. Claimed land is protected on every world, so nobody else can break or take what's on it.

Is there voice chat?

On ATM10, yes. The server runs Simple Voice Chat 2.6.24, and your copy has to be that exact version to connect to it. The other worlds don't add it.

Does my chat show up anywhere else?

Yes. Chat, joins, leaves and advancements on each world are posted to that world's channel in our Discord. It only goes one way: nothing typed in Discord appears in the game.

How do the ladders work?

There are 42, from distance walked to deaths taken, read from each world's own stats files about once a minute. You're on a ladder once you've played two hours and have something to count. How stats work explains the rest.

Can my team have a page?

Yes. Your in-game team gets its own page on Teams and can take applications there.

Where do I look up a recipe?

In the wiki. It's read out of the pack's own files, so it shows recipes the way the worlds have them, including the ones mods have changed.

Paying

How much is it?

€9.99 a month, for every world. There's no setup fee and no higher tier.

Can friends share one subscription?

Yes, up to five of you. One person pays €19.99 a month and the others join with a link, each with their own name and place on the ladders. Playing as a group has the rules.

How do I pay?

By card, on Stripe's own checkout page. Your card details go to Stripe and never reach this site. We keep the reference Stripe gives us for your subscription, and that's all.

Is there anything to buy in game?

No. There's no shop, no paid rank and nothing cosmetic for sale. The subscription is the only thing you pay for.

This site

How old are the numbers?

About a minute. The bottom of every page says when they were last read from the worlds.

What does this site keep about me?

Your Discord account, the Minecraft name you claim and whether you've paid. There's no analytics and no advertising. Privacy lists all of it.
