Logistics Configurator

The Logistics Configurator's/$ primary purpose is to help out with configuring a Logistics System/$. By right-clicking/$ it on any Logistic Frame/$ it can configure various filters. Sneak right-clicking/$ removes the frame from the inventory it's attached to.
