What it is
Rich Soil makes plants on it grow faster: each time it ticks there is a 20% chance of a free bone meal boost. A mushroom planted on it becomes a Mushroom Colony.
How to get it
- Craft Organic Compost and place it.
- Leave it in sunlight, near water, with mushrooms or podzol around it. It darkens through eight stages and becomes Rich Soil.
- Till it with a hoe for Rich Soil Farmland, which mobs cannot trample.
