What it is

The Pulley Block lowers or raises a rope or chain, and the block tied to its end, when a Turn Table or Crank turns it. Pulleys side by side turn together, which is how lifts and wells are built.

How to use it

  1. Craft it from six planks, two wooden slabs and an iron ingot.
  2. Put rope or chain in its slot.
  3. Turn it with a Turn Table on the right axis or a Crank on its back. One direction lets the rope down, the other pulls it up.
