What it is

Powah's tool. It has three modes: config sets which sides of a cable push or pull, link joins an Energizing Orb to its rods, and rotate turns blocks.

How to get it

How to use it

  • In link mode, use it on an Energizing Orb and its rods to link them. The rods must be within a 9 by 9 area of the orb.
  • In config mode, use it on an Energy Cable to set each side to push or pull.
  • In rotate mode, it turns blocks to face another way.
