What it is
How you get string on To The Sky's island. A silkworm infests a tree, and the infested leaves drop string when you break them with a crook.
How to get it
- Break leaves with a Crook. Each leaf block has a 1% chance to drop one.
- Fully infested leaves broken with a crook can drop another one now and then.
How to use it
- Use it on any leaf block. The block turns into Infested Leaves and is fully infested after about ten seconds.
- Past 60% the infestation spreads to the leaves around it, until the whole tree is infested.
- Break the fully infested leaves with a crook: each has a 40% chance of a string and a further 10% chance of a second.
- Craft nine string into a String Mesh. Keep one tree clean, because infested leaves never drop saplings.
