How to get it

  1. Make Vibrant Alloy in the Alloy Smelter from Energetic Alloy, an ender pearl and glowstone dust.
  2. Craft an ingot into nine Vibrant Alloy Nuggets.
  3. Put eight nuggets around an Emerald.
