What it is
Ender IO's alloy of iron and ender pearl. Item conduits and the Pulsating Crystal need it.
How to get it
- Build an Alloy Smelter, put a Basic Capacitor in it and give it power.
- Put in an iron ingot and an ender pearl. Two Pulsating Alloy Ingots come out.
