What it is
Roost Ultimate's farm block. It holds one chicken and a stack of seeds and turns one seed per cycle into the chicken's item: iron ingots from an Iron Chicken, diamonds from a Diamond Chicken.
How to use it
- Craft it: planks across the top and down both sides, three Composters along the bottom.
- Put in one chicken and seeds of its tier or higher. An Iron Chicken is tier 3, so it needs tier 3 seeds or better.
- Each cycle uses one seed. On our server it takes 0.25 seconds per tier of the chicken: 1.25 seconds at tier 5, 2.25 at tier 9.
- Take the items out, pipe them out, or switch Output on to push them into the inventory below. The cycle waits until the output slot has room.
Good to know
- A cycle gives one item plus one for every two levels of the chicken: six at level 10. Level chickens in the Chicken Trainer.
- A Roost Feeder keeps the seed slot full.
