How to get it

  1. Reach The Other with a Teleport Pad placed in the Nether.
  2. Find an Ancient Pyramid in The Other's Soul Sand Valley. Piglichs spawn inside it.
  3. Each Piglich drops one heart. Nine make a Block of Piglich Hearts.
